About Heart Attacks
There are other symptoms of an heart attack besides the pain on the left arm.
One must also be aware of an intense pain on the chin, as well as nausea and lots of sweating, however these symptoms may also occur less frequently.
Note: There may be NO pain in the chest during a heart attack. The majority of people (about 60%) who had a heart attack during their sleep, did not wake up. However, if it occurs, the chest pain may wake you up from your deep sleep.
If that happens, immediately dissolve two aspirins in your mouth and swallow them with a bit of water .
Afterwards :
CALL 911
- say “heart attack!”
- say that you have taken 2 aspirins..
- phone a neighbor or a family member who lives very close by
- take a seat on a chair or sofa near the front door, and wait for their arrival and…

Upcoming Policy Updates for PayPal
- Amendment to the PayPal User Agreement
Protection for Buyers.
Section 13 (Protection for Buyers) has been amended to reflect changes in PayPal’s protection for buyers. PayPal Buyer Protection covers eligible buyers for eligible items they purchase from sellers on eBay and, now, off the eBay website if they are not received -“Item Not Received” – or are “Significantly Not as Described.”
The same eligibility requirements apply to buyer’s payments under the expanded PayPal Buyer Protection except that in addition to the existing requirements a buyer can additionally send the payment to the seller by clicking the “Purchase” tab, or by selecting the “Checkout with PayPal” button or otherwise selecting PayPal as part of a Seller’s PayPal checkout flow in order to be eligible.
PayPal Buyer Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods. Payments for the following items are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Buyer Protection:
- Intangible items, including Digital Goods
- Services
- Real estate, including residential property
- Businesses
- Vehicles, including motor vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, aircraft and boats
- Custom made items
- Travel tickets, including airline flight tickets
- Items prohibited by the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy
- Items which you collect in person, or arrange to be collected on your behalf
- Items that violate eBay’s Prohibited or Restricted Items Policy
- Industrial machinery used in manufacturing
- Items equivalent to cash, including prepaid or gift cards
- PayPal Direct Payments
- Virtual Terminal Payments
- Personal Payments
For items purchased on eBay, if either a PayPal or eBay buyer protection message is included in the eBay listing and a buyer meets the eligibility requirements, then their purchase is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. If the listing does not include the buyer protection message, then it will not be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.
Coverage of a buyer’s Claims when PayPal finds in their favor for eligible payments will be the same – PayPal will reimburse the buyer for the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs – with no cap on coverage.
As a result of these changes, the PayPal Buyer Complaint policy has been superseded by the expansion of PayPal Buyer Protection and therefore has been deleted.
Mobile Telephone Numbers. Section 1 (Our Relationship with You) has been amended to state that if we determine that a telephone number you have provided to us is a mobile telephone number, we may categorize it as such in our systems and in your Profile.
Fees. The international personal payment fee for payments sent to users in Brazil has been changed to 1% when the payment method is exclusively Balance or Bank, and 7.4% plus a fixed fee depending on currency of the payment when another payment method is used to fund the payment. The fixed fee portion of the fee for international payments sent in Brazilian Real has been changed to 0.60 BRL.

Mary Russel Sleuth & Scribe, The Cold Case
The book cover for Mary Russel’s first murder mystery coming soon.
Containing no graphic violence or sex, no profanity, and likable main characters, the Sleuth & Scribe series is safe for children and fun to read for adults who enjoy cozy mysteries.
In 1969, the body of a young woman was found at the bottom of a fire escape. It was Mike Holden’s first case. The police, eventually, decided it was an accident but Mike was never convinced it wasn’t murder.
Forty years later, an old memory causes Mike to reopen the case.

What are we doing over at The Selling Lounge – Zazzle
I see many members incredibly busy with their Zazzle Stores making money. Over at The Selling Lounge in our Zazzle Threads you will find lots of helpful information that the members have to share.
We have a special thread where all the members can post “I sold something on Zazzle today!” It sure is fun stopping by this thread to see just what people are selling on Zazzle! The fun part is that once a Zazzle Store is set up, the sellers most of the time just sit back and watch the money come in.

PublishAmerica Presents Rudolph, A Child’s Love Story by Mary Russel
Frederick, MD September 28, 2010 — PublishAmerica is proud to present Rudolph, A Child’s Love Story by Mary Russel from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
From an adopted grandmother she never met, Becky learns about the importance of family, love, self-esteem and…Rudolph.
As a child, Mary Russel lived in foster homes and an orphanage. She escaped in books. It is her hope that she can provide present and future generations of readers with the same enjoyment and excitement she finds in books. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
PublishAmerica is the home of 40,000 talented authors. PublishAmerica is a traditional publishing company whose primary goal is to encourage and promote the works of new, previously undiscovered writers. Like more mainstream publishers, PublishAmerica pays its authors advances and royalties and makes its books available through all bookstores. PublishAmerica offers a distinctly personal, supportive alternative to vanity presses and less accessible publishers.
Why I Decided to Share Rudolph, a Child’s Love Story
We are all the sum of our past experiences. Although fictionalized, Rudolph, a Child’s Love Story was written as therapy and as an effort to make sense of an unhappy early childhood. I needed to put my past behind me and to move on.
As I wrote it, some wonderful things happened. I realized that children and adults who have felt unwanted, unloved, and unaccepted might benefit from it. Perhaps, through my words, they too would discover the power of knowing they are worthy of love and happiness.
Perhaps, my story could help to heal the hurt and stop the pain. Perhaps, like me, they would also begin to understand and to forgive.
Synopsis
When 10 year old Becky learns her family isn’t her birth family, she has a difficult time accepting it. She feels betrayed by her birth mother and she wonders what she did to cause her mother to give her up. An adopted friend tells her that the difference between being adopted and foster is that he has a forever home while her birth mother can take her away from her foster family at any time.
Feeling insecure and frightened, Becky asks her foster mother why they haven’t adopted her.
The official release date for Rudolph, a Child’s Love Story is November 9, 2010. Autographed books can be preordered from the author’s website at maryrussel.com.
