I have been talking about putting on some mini workshops about Squidoo.

Whether you will be making your very first lens (page) or just want to work on one that you already have - sign up here so I will know how to prepare.

I am ing of having the first mini workshop on the 24th or the 26th of October.

I'm would be interested. I'm not familiar how a workshop would go.

Is it something that you read. Is it a place that we get online together and ask questions. I don't even have a squidoo account yet.

Saturday is usually our family day and Sunday is the day I have the kids all day while dh works. I can work around this if I know what to expect.

Becky, in the mean time go ahead and open yourself up a squidoo account so that you will be ready. I'm sure that Diana will have a thread for questions and answers for all of us that need the extra help. We can all follow her lead and this will be a great workshop for us since she is really good at Squidoo. Too bad we couldn't get Tom here from Squidoo as he is the master. Maybe Diana can ask him since he is a member here.

It seems the 26th is looking better so I will try for that.

Don't worry - you can just click on one of mine below if you like and sign up now or you can wait until that day as I'm sure there will be others who will be starting from the beginning too.

I am planning for these to be 15-30 minutes long and we will do what can be done during that time.
Then, you can work on your own if you want or wait until the next workshop to continue - your choice.
From time to time, I may give a little "homework" to do - LOL

This will be fun and with all of us doing it together, it will be easy too.

This will be perfect and I love the 15 - 30 minutes for the workshop since we are all so busy.

Diana if you would like I can send out a PM to the members the day before just incase we have others that would love to participate. Let me know what your thoughts are.

OK. -- The 26th? What time? I work all day Monday - Friday. If I open an account before then and start plugging away, and I can't make that time. I will be getting a list of questions ready. LOL. and Maybe PM them to you the night before in response to your reminder and then you could post them with answers on my behalf.

Sorry - I just hate missing an opportunity to learn and I try to make it work when I can.

Becky what is a good time for you? Maybe Diana can make this a time for all of us that work outside of our home. If it would be better for others I will and can be here anytime or day.

When you pick a time during the day this far out, I'm going to block off time to do this in my planner. I'm never far from my lap top so it should be easy. If we can set a time in advance and for what ever reason, we just don't connect. Maybe next time. We should go with the majority though.
